A finished Lacer cap is a combination of four accessories positioned together to create a single bespoke product that can be endlessly tailored or modified to any preference or lifestyle at any time. To the common eye the patented Lacer design may appear to be an innovative but simplistic concept, although the manufacturing layout for all of our hats involves a number of details that set our products apart from any other headwear brand, making them that much more unique.

The frames of our hats are typically made with acrylic twill but not limited to using an array of fabrics. We take pride in our manufacturing and specialize in high quality stitch counts, which is blatant to the eye when holding a Lacer product in-hand. Each of the front two panels has five eyelets strategically measured and placed for weaving shoe laces in and out when customizing a Lacer to fit one’s particular style. On the inside of each Lacer cap is a satin liner with branded taping and tags giving each Lacer its own personality. The satin liner also provides a new level of comfort to the wearer and increases the quality and value of our hats. Lastly, every Lacer includes a branded rubber stamp on the back of each hat which serves as a stamp of authenticity.

Detail. Detail. Detail. Each lace is a slightly waxed 26 inch lace with branded aglets for an effortless weaving experience. To promote the ability of customizing your Lacer to fit your individual style, every Lacer cap comes with two opposite color laces at no extra cost to our consumers.

Branding is everything to us, which is why we decided to include an emblem (lace lock) within the Lacer design. The coated metal emblem enables consumers to rep their favorite sports teams and brands in a new unique way. Lacer emblems can be taken off the hat, moved around within the Lacer design, or used with any pair of sneakers. All licensed Lacer emblems are sold separately.
